Meet Our Staff
Dr. Adam Colavito
Dr. Colavito was born and raised in Suffern, New York. He attended Stony Brook University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He continued his studies at New York Chiropractic College where he received the Degree of Doctor of Chiropractic.
Dr. Colavito has received the following awards and honors; Chiropractic Technique Award 1991 New York Chiropractic College, Member of Medical Staff at the US Track and Field Championships 1990, Copes Foundation Certification in the treatment of Scoliosis. He also received National Certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician CCSP. Dr. Colavito is an active member in the Florida Chiropractic Association and is a past Board Member of the Broward County Chiropractic Society.
Dr. Colavito specializes in injury care and family practice. He is deeply committed to priding individualized care in a healing environment. Dr. Colavito is married and has one child. Dr Colavito’s hobbies include surfing, fishing, mountain biking and yoga.

Joanne, Massage Therapist
JoAnne S Miller graduated 2nd in her class at Florida College of Natural Health in 2002. She began her career in massage within the private sector before joining the team at Colavito Chiropractic in 2003. JoAnne has competed nationally in running events including the New York Marathon and various triathlons. Her knowledge of sports related needs and injuries prompted her to specialize in sports massage as well as deep tissue, trigger point and Myofacial release massage, she also performs most modalities. JoAnne continues to run and bicycle in local races. She has also performed on stage as a Flamenco dancer and pays the Cajon.
Fred, Massage Therapist
Fred DellaJacono graduated from Florida College of Natural Health in 2004. He began his career in massage within the private sector before joining the practice Colavito Chiropractic in 2007. Fred Specializes in Swedish deep tissue massage which has a concentrated focus on trigger point and chronic pain relief. In Addition, Fred performs most modalities including pregnancy and sports massage. Currently, attending Broward College for undergraduate degree, will attend Acupuncture school thereafter.
Noli, Chiropractor's Assistant
Noli started her Medical career in the Dental field in 2003. She worked in the Dental field for 7 years before joining the Colavito Chiropractic team January 2010. Attended classes and received her certificate of Registered Chiropractic Assistant, by New York Chiropractic College the same year.
She now performs various modalities such as Ultrasound, Electric Stimulation and application of heat and cold packs under the supervision of Dr. Colavito.
Nancy, Office Manager
Nancy attended College in New York and graduated with an A.S. in Business Management. Nancy started her Chiropractic Assistant career in 1994 with Colavito Chiropractic. Attended classes and seminars and received her certificate of Registered Chiropractic Assistant in 1995.
She went to various Management and Medical Billing and Coding seminars, which promoted her to an Insurance Specialist in 1998 with our office. At this time, Nancy has been the office manager since 2001 and she facilitates all patient coordination of care. In 2010 she received her Certified Professional Coding license, which makes her a great liaison between insurance company and patient.
